If you live in a place where it snows, you probably know lots of different words to describe it. But how do people say “snow” in different languages around the world? That’s what today’s activity is all about!
Kids can color the different words and then cut them out to make their own poster. You can use Google Translate to check the words and find it in even more languages. And you can look at a map to see where the languages are spoken. Do you think there might be languages that don’t have a word for “snow”? Why or why not?
